Curlology is a different type of salon, we work with naturally curly hair. If your hair is damaged through heat, color, relaxers, or neglect, as you may not see instant results. You may need to several appointments before achieving your goals. We will do our, best to help you transition to healthy hair!

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, so if you for any reason are not satisfied with the service at Curlology, please let us know within 48 hours of your service and will be happy to remedy. We do not issue refunds. No exceptions.

Appointment times

Due to the nature of natural hair and each client’s curls needs being unique, we may occasionally run over. Please bear this in mind and your understanding is much appreciated.

Cancellations

 

Cancellations made within 48 hours or less will be required to pay 50% off the service fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask you do this at least 48 hours before the appointment time. No need to worry, we do offer multiple online reminders prior to your appointment.

Please note: We are a small salon and do not have a big waiting area so we cannot accommodate big groups.
